For some time you’ve noticed life’s difficulties building up and as a result taking a toll on your true self and creating separation in your relationships. This may be due to a blend of things, controllable and uncontrollable, and affecting several areas of your life. It may have been manageable on your own, or with the help of family & friends, but you're realizing you could benefit from an outside source to generate new ideas and a stronger sense of direction. This may be your first time seeking therapy or searching for a new therapist that is a good fit.

In my private practice, I meet with children, adolescents, & adults - individually, as couples, and families. People who I meet with have a range of concerns they've described as: struggling with depression, anxiety, alternative states, psychosis, mania, trauma related stress, emotionally ungrounded, substance reliant, guilt, shame, grief, spiritual seeking, doubt, life transitions, relational and family conflict, neurodiversity, intimacy issues, parenting, finances, separation, divorce, incarceration, and loneliness.
